May 2026

At the May meeting Janell announced that Linda will be teaching us how to do her Word Quilts in September!

Linda shows another example

Lorraine was the lucky winner of the pinwheel block lotto

Virginia donated this kit. Vanessa passed out blocks to members last year. Sandy Stitchers sewed the blocks for this quilt . At a sit and sew Beth ,Diane E, Cheri, Janell and Cathie put the blocks together. Diane G then hand quilted and bound the quilt. This is our donation to the  Holiday Quilt Show and Auction - proceeds from this auction will go to support womens heart health in Utah

Vanessa announced a "witchy" theme for our basket donation for Quiltfest this year. All members are encouraged to donate to the basket!

Janell then led a lively discussion on Organizing Projects, and Time Management Tools.
