| The basket was put together by Marsha who did a great job! She included item from members including a quilt, books, and fat quarters. |

| The folded fat quarter stars proved attractive to bidders. Marsha told us our basket sold for 300 dollars... the second highest amount!! |

| Jill entered a couple of quilts into the Springville Museum Quilt show this year. This quilt was awarded an honorable mention!! |

| She showed us a neat trick to achieve perfect circle shapes with the sewing machine. |

| She taped a thumbtack to the bed of her machine, demonstrated the technique and then showed several examples of what can be done with this technique. |

| She shared a layout for a quilt that has 13 blocks. This will be useful for those pondering how to put together the 13 flower blocks from the exchange. |
