Our speaker for January was Marianne Ballash. She shared her knowledge on tiny piecing tips and showed us a trunk show. Members shared show and tell and will be sending pictures along soon. We will be doing a tabletopper of the month this year instead of a block of the month. Leanna showed us the first table topper. All of the information about the meeting is in Leanna's email which was very thorough.

| Two examples of Marianne's tiny quilts. Precision is important when working with tiny pieces. There is not a very big margin for error. Marianne uses paper plates to keep her cut pieces organized. She can then stack the plates when she is not working on her project and everything is in order. |
